“I am a 4th-year grad worker and fellow in Biology and union organizer for the past 3 years. During our contract campaign, I served as Biology Department Organizer, helped organize the campaign that won us industry-leading health and safety protections, and had hundreds of conversations to build the strike threat that won our contract. Now that we have a contract, I am excited to robustly enforce this contract, expand international workers’ access to CPT/OPT, build our power to improve housing conditions, and win the inclusion of fellows in our bargaining unit. I am running for Vice President on the BOLD slate because I believe that through mass participation, we can build our union as a strong democratic force on campus for years to come.”
