“I am a 4th year grad worker in EECS researching robotic perception and I’ve been a union organizer for 3 years. As a member of the Bargaining Committee, I helped to develop and execute our strategy of increasing pressure on MIT that won our contract. I have always prioritized 1-1 conversations to understand grad workers’ issues and how, through our union, we could collectively work to improve our conditions. I am running for Area Chief Steward in the School of Engineering on the BOLD slate because I am committed to channeling my experience towards laying the foundation for a powerful, vibrant, and democratic union with the participation of thousands of grad workers behind it.”
