“I’m a 4th-year grad worker and fellow in AeroAstro, and ever since I joined the GSU when it went public, I've experienced the power of collective action. As an elected Department Organizer, I helped to organize two mass-participation informational pickets, and as a Bargaining Committee rep, I worked with hundreds of coworkers to win a historic contract. I am running for Campus Chief Steward on the BOLD slate because I want to ensure our contract is working for everyone and keep fighting for a fair MIT, one where workers are united to improve our working conditions. I'm excited for our union to become a focal point for empowerment and change on campus, and I'm excited to work in solidarity with other unions at MIT, in the Boston area, and across the nation.”
