“I'm a 4th year grad worker in Physics researching quantum gases. I've been organizing since coming to campus in 2020, and served as a Department Organizer and Deputy Treasurer through the past year. In that time I worked alongside my fellow physicists to keep our department well organized and mobilized for actions during the contract fight, and assisted our treasurer in preparing regular financial reports and establishing a strike fund. I’m running for Financial Secretary on the BOLD slate because I want to see the contract we won better the lives of grad workers here at MIT, and I plan to help build an intuitive and transparent bookkeeping process for our local’s finances.”
