“I am a second year grad worker in Biology, and I have been a union organizer since my first semester at MIT! I joined the GSU because I had hope that our union could focus our collective power as workers to improve our working conditions; and it has! As a department organizer, I find great joy in connecting with workers to organize around our shared issues. I am running for delegate on the BOLD slate to represent MIT GSU at UE conventions. As delegate, I will share our successes with other graduate worker unions to support a national wave of successful graduate worker organizing, and learn from seasoned UE locals to strengthen our contract enforcement and prepare ourselves to win an even better contract in 2026!”
